Sizing is off. I ordered my normal size ring which is what size I have in a couple other groove rings. my most recent order the ring is too small and I can't get it on despite it saying it's the size I ordered. So now I have to hassle with ordering again.

Received 3 different emails stating they would send me a replacement ring, yet none have ever been shipped. Their rings typically last less than a year and I guess they got tired of sending me replacements.

I bought a ring from them in 2020, lured in by the offer of free replacements (and knowing that rubberbands break) The 1st one was free... then it was $2.99 now its $10 for a replacement! Why would I spend $30 an a silicone ring knowing it would break, when amazon has them for less than a dollar?

Where do I start? Overpriced belts? Yes! The worst belt I've ever seen or used. Overpriced wallets? Yes! You can literally get the exact same wallet off of Amazon for 1/4 the cost. Shady business practices? Absolutely! They delete comments on social media with negative experiences and then ban them from being able to comment again. Paid and fake positive reviews? Yes! It's like they ready the play book for every shady, low quality business with low quality products.

Awesome belt and doesn’t need adjusting all the time, it’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t put too much pressure on your hips. It locks together via magnets and is nice enough to wear with a suit or dress pants. I’ve had mine for a year and wear it everyday and it’s still in the same condition as I bought it. I show it to everyone and hopefully they have gotten more orders from that. Great product and long lasting, probably the last belt you’ll ever buy. They really put a lot of research into this product and it shows.

I am going to state without quivocation that this is the best belt I've ever owned, personally. Chock it up to limited belt experiences, or try the belt for yourself. I love my groove Life Belt and i gave one to a buddy and he concurs with the assessment. 5% flex means it stays in place but also moves with you throughout the day. I had it a little tight at first but now it is perfect and it will stay that way. Add the 94 year no BS warranty and neodymium magnets on the closure and the nerd in me is satisfied.

Purchased two belts, looked cool. Then the fun started. Difficult to adjust to correct length and impossible to adjust after it's on. EXTREMELY difficult to undo buckle while on. Maybe I just got bad ones. While attempting to send back for refund I ran into the next snafu. After describing what you don't like, you are REQUIRED to take pictures of the belt/s and download. The belts are brand new and they even have pictures of the two I bought on the page to apply for refund. Insane. Needless to say I can't recommend the product.

Love the belt concept, I do have to readjust about every other day because it slips. They need to figure out how to fix that problem, then would easily be a 5 star.

Ordered one of their belts. Easily the best belt I've ever owned and it got here in under a week. As good looking as their pictures make it out to be too. Would recommend 100%. One thing they don't tell you that they should is that the magnet has horizontal stops on it so that the belt won't come undone but you can easily undoe it yourself.

I ordered one ring from them just to see if I would like the silicone rings, now I have multiple different options and my wife has one for work too!!! The products are amazing, they have great promotions and the service is second to none.

The belt is basically plastic but it's OK. They offer a discount on a ring as a "special offer". They should call it "Special Rip Off". I would be disappointed in the ring if i got it out of a vending machine for a quarter. Cheapest product I have ever received. Everything made in CHINA. I really can't believe they can sell something so lousy and get away with it.

This company and its staff are just excellent to deal with. I'm based in Ireland and ordered rings before Christmas, they arrived quickly.
I did order them in the wrong size by accident and was dreading the return process to the US but Groove life have really massively exceeded any expectations I had! Jenny in customer service immediately arranged an exchange and shipped two new rings in the right size for me without even receiving the original rings. I've never seen such trust placed in customers anywhere else.
Highly recommend Groove Life! I will definitely order again!

Thanks for ruining the surprise! Plain packaging at Christmas is a no brainer. I do not get to surprise my husband very often. Guess it won't happen this year. Thanks for nothing, hope you enjoy my money.

99 year no BS warranty does not cover Australia. Buyers in Aus beware you will not get replacements after they break (and they most definitely will) buy another brand that covers replacements to Australia not only new sales.

This company is awesome! I have so far ordered 5 rings. Super quality and the customer service is outstanding! Two of the rings (for my family members) were too small. Exchange was super easy and efficient. Then my son lost his ring. They immediately sent a code for a replacement and I only paid for shipping. Highly recommend!
